Crane Service FAQ
How long do crane projects take?
Most projects can be completed in a matter of hours. However, for larger trees or a multiple-tree removal project, we may take a couple of days to get it all done. If you’re curious about our schedule and the amount of time it will take to complete your crane project, simply reach out to us — we’d be happy to provide you with an estimate. We’ll also work around your schedule if you have anything that will get in the way of the project. We strive to be as efficient and convenient as possible!
Do you provide clean-up as well?
Absolutely! We don’t just lop off branches and leave them scattered throughout your landscape. We’ll clear away any debris that we create, and we’ll do our utmost to leave your property just as it was when we arrived (minus a branch or tree or two). We also reuse any wood that we remove from your property, turning it into either firewood or wood chips. You can request to keep the wood that we remove if you’d like!
Can you reach all tree heights?
We can reach the tops of most trees that you’ll find here in Michigan with our crane. We have a couple of trucks that are designed to take on tree removal and trimming of even the tallest trees, including a 75-foot aerial truck and a 100-foot boom truck. These cranes make quick, yet safe work of even the largest trees. Plus, if we can’t get to your tree from the bucket of one of our trucks, we can utilize climbing equipment and ropes to reach those most precarious branches on your property. When this is the case, we’ll scale up to these high branches, tie ourselves safely in, and tie off your branches, so that they can be lowered without falling and damaging your property.

Can you remove an entire tree or trees from my property?
Yes. We can start from the top down, removing limbs and trunk sections from your tree until we bring it all the way to a stump. From there, we can provide stump grinding services to level your stump to below grade. That means that you’ll be able to plant sod where your tree used to be. In some cases, we may be able to remove your stump altogether, so that you can plant a new tree or landscape the space however you’d like!
Can you get rid of multiple trees on my property?
Sure! We can get rid of any and all of the trees that may be a nuisance on your property. We even provide lot and land clearing services, so that you can have a blank slate to begin your new landscape. We work with property developers, homeowners, and commercial property owners, providing whole-lot clearing services, and we’d be happy to clear away any trees and brush that get in the way. We can also let you know if you’ll need special licensing to remove the trees on your property.
Do you provide emergency tree care services?
Absolutely. We understand that things happen, and a lightning strike, high winds, or even a slowly rotting branch can prove to be a hazard that requires immediate attention. That’s why we offer 24/7 emergency tree care service. Give us a call, and we’ll stop by your property as soon as possible to get rid of those hazardous branches or that hazardous tree.
Are you licensed and insured?
Of course! We understand that tree care presents some unavoidable liability for your property and our workers. You can rest assured that we have the coverage necessary to cover any accidents that may happen on your property, so you won’t be out a dime when the unexpected happens. We’re a professional tree care company, and we’re properly licensed and insured to perform tree care and crane services here in Michigan.
